Welcome to Warbird Wednesday! Today we are rounding out our night fighters with a unique WWII aircraft, constructed mostly of wood, the de Havilland DH.98 Mosquito. The Mosquito was introduced in 1941 with its highest speed of 392 mph, which made it one of the fastest aircrafts at the time.
